These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zzok ("zzok", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://zzok.bio and its associated subdomains and applications.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on zzok. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

zzok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in BDT and credited or debited at the prevailing platform exchange rate where applicable.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in the display of clearly incorrect odds — including odds that deviate materially from prevailing market prices — zzok reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification.
